Branislav Dešković Gallery Founded in 1963, this gallery is located in a beautiful Renaissance-Baroque palace. Dominican monastery The Dominican monastery was built in 1475, and its Church of Our Lady of Mercy contains valuable artefacts from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. The monastery includes a museum founded in the 1860s. In addition to its many valuable artefacts, the museum also contains the painting of the Madonna with the Child and Saints, the work of one of the greatest Italian Renaissance painters, the Venetian Jacopo Tintoretto.
